Zumba – get fit and stay fit! with Hanna Tuesdays 1.45 – 2.45 pm for women only, £2 per session

Our Tuesday lunchtime Zumba with Hanna is an excellent way to both get started and to keep up your fitness working at a pace which suits you. On Thursday lunchtime Ayesha runs Aerobic Fitness which includes floor exercises (mats provided) as well as dance moves. Regular participants for both these classes report achieving weight loss as well as improved stamina and, of course, both sessions are also very enjoyable and cost only £2 a session.

Zumba is a dance fitness method based on salsa and other Latin dance moves, performed to Latin and world music beats, and choreographed to allow people of any fitness or dance experience level to enjoy a fantastic workout. If you think you’d like an exhilarating class filled with good feelings and party-like fun, Zumba makes an excellent choice of a group fitness method to support your fitness goals.
